Catch Me at My Best: Making the Stay is all about celebrating that vision. For over 25 years, from June through August, guests, managers, and coworkers have been “catching” hotel Team Members at their best by filling out a comment card, called a catch. The catch now gives guests the opportunity to catch Team Members virtually. We believe that in order to provide a great guest stay, we have to recognize the individuals who make those stays possible.
