This vision continues to guide our Team Members across more than 8,600 hotels in more than 139 countries and territories around the world.

Catch Me at My Best: Making the Stay is all about celebrating that vision. We believe that in order to provide a great guest stay, we have to recognize the individuals who make those stays possible. For over 30 years, from July through August, guests and Team Members alike have been “catching” hotel Team Members at their best by filling out a comment card, called a Catch. Now, guests can catch Team Members virtually and acknowledge those who make the stay in ways big and small.
